Privacy Policy – Stillform Home

1. Controller and scope

Mercury International GmbH, Stillform Home, Sinserstrasse 65, 6330 Cham, Switzerland, UID CHE-277.689.874, is responsible for personal data processed in connection with stillform-home.ch. Contact for privacy enquiries: hello@mercuryinternational.ch. This policy follows Swiss data protection law; any additionally applicable mandatory law remains reserved.

2. Data and sources

Depending on your use, we process your name, contact and delivery details, account information, orders, payments and returns, correspondence, newsletter preferences and consent records, and technical information such as IP address, browser, device, security logs and website interactions. Data comes from you, your browser and the service providers involved. Payment providers process complete card details; we generally receive payment status and limited transaction details.

3. Purposes

We use data to operate and secure the shop, prepare and fulfil orders, arrange payment and delivery, handle enquiries, returns and defects, maintain accounts, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and improve the service. Newsletter and optional analytics or advertising functions are used only where activated and permitted by law and your privacy choices. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing. Contract and service messages are separate from marketing.

4. Shopify, payments and fulfilment

Shopify provides the storefront, checkout, accounts and related infrastructure. Depending on the function, Shopify acts as our processor or independently under its own privacy information. Payment providers, carriers and support providers receive the information necessary for their tasks. We use CJdropshipping and DSers for product and fulfilment management, with Alibaba as a sourcing platform. Where required for an actual order, the selected supplier or fulfilment provider receives necessary order, recipient, contact and shipping information. An integration does not require disclosure of your complete payment-card details to a supplier.

5. Processing abroad

Service providers may process information outside Switzerland. Shopify describes processing in countries including Canada, the United States and the European Economic Area. For direct deliveries from China, necessary recipient and shipping information may also be processed there by the selected fulfilment providers. The actual recipients and processing locations depend on the service and delivery route. Transfers must satisfy Swiss law, through an adequate level of protection, suitable safeguards such as appropriately adapted standard contractual clauses, or an applicable legal exception. Foreign authorities may have different access powers. You may request details of the recipients, countries and applicable safeguards from us.

6. Cookies and external links

Necessary cookies support the cart, checkout, security, language and account functions. Optional technologies may support personalisation, analytics or marketing. Where used, the cookie settings explain the categories and allow you to refuse optional technologies or change your choices. Browser restrictions can affect shop functions. Following an external link takes you to a service governed by its own privacy information.

7. Retention and security

We retain data only for as long as needed for its purpose, applicable statutory retention duties, security or the establishment and defence of claims. We then delete or anonymise it where possible. We use appropriate organisational and technical measures, including access restrictions and protected transmission. No system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law and its limitations, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Our shop is not directed specifically at children; please contact us if a child has provided data inappropriately.
